The Cleveland Browns’ success final season was constructed on resiliency, going the additional mile, and enjoying like a unit.

That hasn’t been the case this season.

The gamers haven’t lived as much as expectations, the teaching employees has did not compensate for the accidents, and it looks as if there hasn’t been a lot accountability, both.

That’s why former coach Gregg Williams thinks they may’ve and will’ve despatched a message on Sunday.

Speaking on his “Come Get Some” podcast, he took offense at how Jerry Jeudy was “pouting” and throwing his helmet on the sidelines after not getting the ball.

Gregg Williams was pissed about Jerry Jeudy pouting on the bench.

“I take these gamers off the sphere instantly after they do not do what we’re speculated to do.”

He claimed that he used to ship his gamers again to the locker room after they didn’t do their jobs.

That approach, he’d ship a message to the followers and different gamers to allow them to know that they might be held accountable.

Notably, the Browns’ teaching employees has did not maintain that tradition within the locker room this season.

Loads of which will need to do with analysts believing head coach Kevin Stefanski wasn’t allowed to bench Deshaun Watson, no matter how poorly he carried out.

The gamers can inform every time somebody is or isn’t in management, and they’ll reply accordingly.

Granted, they’re all grown males and professional athletes, so it’s not like they need to want a babysitter.

Nonetheless, that’s simply human nature, and somebody must be made an instance of if Stefanski doesn’t wish to lose his grip on this locker room – if it hasn’t occurred already.
