Mike Vrabel Dodges Query About Teaching Future

Getting into the Cleveland Browns’ contest towards the Pittsburgh Steelers, rumors swirled that head coach Kevin Stefanski might be fired shortly after the AFC North matchup.

A 24-19 upset of the Steelers calmed these rumors, and each Stefanski and Browns GM Andrew Berry seem set to return in 2025 of their respective roles after final week’s Thursday Evening contest.

That leaves a giant query unanswered, regarding which sideline former Tennessee Titans coach and present crew advisor Mike Vrabel will work subsequent season.

Throughout this week’s Monday Evening Soccer contest, Eli and Peyton Manning each tried to get that reply from Vrabel.

As Browns insider Tony Grossi defined on X after the “ManningCast” present, Vrabel offered an attention-grabbing response to the place he may find yourself teaching in 2025.

“Vrabel says he grew (up a) Browns fan & appreciates consulting position. Dodges query about the place he’ll coach subsequent,” Grossi shared on X.

At one time, Vrabel was linked as a possible coach in ready for Cleveland.

His actions – particularly on sport days – appeared to again these rumors as he was seen sporting a headset through the New Orleans contest earlier this month.

Stefanski defined that Vrabel “is concerned in a whole lot of what we do” throughout sport days, in line with feedback he made in a press convention following the crew’s 35-14 loss to the Saints (by way of Daniel Oyefusi’s X account).

Vrabel is an Ohio native who performed for the Buckeyes throughout his school days, incomes back-to-back Huge Ten Defensive Lineman of the 12 months awards in 1995 and 1996.

He performed for the Pittsburgh Steelers, New England Patriots, and Kansas Metropolis Chiefs throughout his NFL profession.
