Millwall maintained their push for promotion to the Premier League with a 2-0 win over QPR at The Den on Saturday, climbing back into second place in the Championship table.
The Lions took the lead in the 25th minute through a goal from Aiden O’Brien, and doubled their advantage just before half-time through a strike from Ben Thompson.

The hosts’ victory marked their fifth win in their last six matches, and they are now just two points behind leaders Coventry United with seven games remaining in the season.
